ed9bf56eb1 Generated debian package no longer has the python prefix in it's name. 
Python packages that are applications and not strictly a package of
module(s) should be named <application>_<ver>_<arch>.deb.

0923547947 Added a configuration file used by stdeb when creating debian packages. 
The default distribution chosen is "Debian testing" with Python 2.6+.
