Various plugins still followed the old (before 2009?) convention of using
a non-zero exitcode for indicating "no". Most of these (obvious) occasions
should be fixed now.
* family should be auto, not manual
* Combine multiple sed scripts into a single script
* Double quote sh variable dereferences
* Don't use deprecated backquotes
Normal rate monitoring should be preformed on parent HTB classes/queues.
SFQ classes are dynamically allocated (as queues fill) and given random names and this messes up charts.
