d00cbc952c Converted traffic plugin to use iptables/ip6tables 
You can now choose to use the snmp counters or if your host does
not support it (in some containers for example), you can set rules
in your firewall and count based on that.

cd4dd57e24 asterisk: replace the remaining two Asterisk plugins. 
The fourth graph (asterisk_codecs) replaces both asterisk_sipchannels
and asterisk_codecs, as the latter already included the data from the
first. If we want to get more details we could have sub-multigraphs
for a breakdown of the codecs per channel type, but right now it feels
unneeded.

1a98faf11c asterisk: refactor command/response handling. 
Instead of having a dumb readreply, already drop some of the unneeded
lines of the command when sending the request, and handle errors in
place.

This simplifies the code a little, even though it requires a few more
"discard loops" in the code (to avoid garbage in Asterisk's logs).

9f56a03d05 asterisk: add asterisk_voicemail replacement code as well. 
This is a bit trickier, since the voicemail might not be enabled
anywhere. Unfortunately it's not easy to set this up during
autoconfig, as voicemails can be added on the fly.

fce7502342 asterisk: first part of the new Asterisk plugin. 
This plugin is targeting to enter main distribution in 2.1 to remove
the multiple Asterisk plugins present in 2.0.

It features full autoconfiguration support, multigraph capabilities,
and less error-prone code.

For the moment, it only implements a replacement for asterisk_channels.

548a2b626e freeipmi: implement suggestions from Bart ten Brinke for FreeIPMI 1.1.x. 
This adds support for versions of FreeIPMI before 1.2 (without the
threshold information), and explicits the dependency information.

It also works with older Munin nodes where dirtyconfig is not supported.

6c1541a682 snmp__ifx_: remove, superseded by snmp__if_. 
This plugin does not use the standard Munin SNMP plugin interface, and
is, nowadays, duplicating the functionality present in the main
snmp__if_ plugin, which uses the 64-bit counters by default if
present, and fall back to the 32-bit ones if not.

bfe824f76a snmp__if_combined: rewrite error handling. 
Instead of just having a single "errors" value on the per-interface
error graphs, split it in errors and discards, then provide a total
for the combined graph.

This way it's possible to see more details of what's going on at the
interface level.

5a98a7672f snmp__if_combined: rework to have both combined and split graphs available. 
This basically almost replaces snmp__if_multi in full, as sub-graphs
with interface traffic are generated as a set of detailed graphs. It
doesn't yet compose graphs with the interface errors though.

1b2574a43a apache_status: add a new multigraph plugin to replace the old apache_* from the main repository. 
This plugin uses a single requests to parse all the statistics instead
of making three of them, reducing the overhead, and uses the
multigraph capabilities to generate the same graphs. The naming is
compatible so that it should be a clean update from the previous
plugins.

This also merges in apache_average_requests (and apache_request_rate)
which, albeit not as relevant, also parsed the same file.

8b1e467b7c Improve the HTTP plugin by allowing configuring a proxy and friendly name per URL. 
Note that the configuration file syntax has changed. You need one "url"
variable per URL now, numbered starting with 1, e.g. url1, url2, url3.
Each one can be configured by suffixing its variable, e.g. url1_proxy,
url2_proxy, etc.

7ed16b61e5 freeipmi: replace wildcard plugin with a multigraph one. 
This new plugin is written in Perl rather than sh+awk, executes
ipmi-sensors only once per call (config/fetch still require two calls
total), and with one call it produces all the available graphs
depending on the available sensors.

This still allows for monitoring a remote system, and that becomes
even more interesting since it only fetches data once.

The plugin will also now fail autoconf if there is no sensor output
that can be monitored.

fd5126e02b hwmon: initial import of a sysfs-based plugin to monitor Linux hardware sensors. 
This is designed as a replacement for the sensors_ plugin in Munin; it
accesses the same data as that plugin, but does so through direct
access to /sys, following the kernel-mandated interface, instead of
using the `sensors` command.

This allows much faster and reliable monitoring, especially on
dme1737-based systems where the driver is prone to failures.

Compared to the sensors_ plugin, this does not let you change the
warning/critical levels from the node configuration, nor to ignore any
particular sensor, as it provides whatever the kernel is providing.

Also, this plugin will show humidity and current readings, if present.

a2f35e9b68 Correct wildcard name handling 
The previous awk function did not work for my system, always returned the script name instead. Replaced with the same clean and sanitary bash variable logic that if_ uses to extract the interface name from $0.

FMS appname may include '-' chars, and was translated to '_' because
of Munin dislike this character.

But original appname is required to retrive values from getAppStats
API.  So preserve original appname and translate it at only actually
needed.

a989e8ce14 Cleanup APC UPS plugins using SNMP. 
Remove the plugins using snmpwalk to produce their results, as there
are three different, Perl-based implementations.

Of these, one might not work because it uses net-snmp and thus rely on
the presence of some MIB file which might not be present.

None of the plugins use Munin::SNMP and none uses multigraph
capabilities.

361a5316c7 Don't use hard coded paths to the used command line tools. 
The tools grep, sed and wc may have a different path. Therefore
they are now evaluated via "which". If a command is not found the script
exits with an error message and the exit code 1.

55cb01870b snmp__apc: have a static title for the graph. 
Instead of adding model and serial number to the graph itself, use a
static title for it and instead provide the model and serial number as
part of graph_info.

This change makes it much easier to forward the warning/critical
statuses back to Icinga (or Nagios), where you have to match the graph
title.

8238b48805 Remove snmp plugins for printer supplies. 
At least Munin 2.0 already provides snmp__printer_supplies that takes
care of the same data (they all use Printer-MIB values). Also that
plugin uses Munin's own SNMP abstraction instead of using net-snmp
commands directly, which makes it more suitable for the job.

c0e85a7cfa snmp__if_combined: create a single graph showing traffic from all interfaces. 
This allows normalising the graph range and shows aberrations in the
bandwidth usage more clearly.
