* chore: trivial Makefile changes

Trivial `Makefile` changes regarding file pathing.

* chore: build flags

- Passes `-trimpath` flag to build tasks

- Creates `make ci` task and modifies `travis.yml` to use it

- Bumps version to `3.3.2`
