Currently supports comments for the extensions; java, c, cpp, h, hpp, py, glsl, rb, js, sql and xml.
If any missing files are detected during analysis, gitinspector reports them in a list. If, on the other hand, the --checkout-missing option is supplied, gitinspector will try to checkout any missing files instead.
Also created a custom .pylintrc file that disables a few warnings, but for the most part, gitinspector now follows proper python guidelines.
