e607ac7708 Correctly detect the Routing Engines on Virtual Chassis 
The current recommended firmware for EX3400 (JUNOS 15.1X53-D55.5) lists the routing engines as 'Routing engine <member id>' when the switches are stacked in a Virtual Chassis.
The former code failed to detect these strings, so I relaxed it a bit.

- Der Batch-Job fritzbox7490.sh wird durch cron gestartet und liest alle relevanten Daten aus dem AVM-Router aus.
- Die Daten werden aufbereitet und in der Datei /var/log/fritzbox7490.log gespeichert.
- Das Plugin bereitet die Daten für Munin auf.

ec0df0719d [http_load_] Fix issue with long domain name 
Munin 1.0 supports fieldnames of at most 19 characters. For domain names
longer than that, this plugin simply truncate the names in its own cache
down to 19.

This creates an issue with the `response` graph, which appends the HTTP
status code to the hostname to make multiple variables. Truncating to
this string loses this information, leading to an empty graph.

* the total is 0 if there is only one channel active (due to "channel"
  vs. "channels")

66d48afbbb [asterisk] fix codecs accounting (Closes: #699) 
The following issues are fixed by lelutin:
* line ending matching does not match for lines that only use \n as
  line ending
* iteration is broken because the index for setting values in the
  codecs accounting array is never reset to 0 before new loops.
* iax channels don't use a codec hex value, but rather their names
  (sip still uses the hex values as far as I can see)

b8f1b6c879 [monit_parser] implement memory alloaction unit parsing 
Previously monit seems to have output memory usage in kilobytes without
a unit. Somewhen this seemed to have changed to an (optional?) suffix
(e.g. MB). Thus the new scaling may differ from the previous scaling,
which was probably broken for most users.
Additionally the units of the resulting values are clarified.

45e7dea7a1 If a pool is named something like "m" or "ra" or any string that matches the types of zpool, the grep will match multiple lines. 
Adding a space after the zlabel will allow for more exact matching.

"range" statement gives the lowest and highest IP addresses (both
inclusive) in a pool. dhcp-pool did not count the highest address
when calculating pool size.

6243541d65 streaming: add configurable icecast2 plugin 
This icecast plugin captures a set of data similar to the "icecast2_"
and "icecast2_all" plugin. Sadly both are not configurable (manual
changes are required for target host and access credentials).
Additionally they use the rather old-fashioned (and password restricted)
xml status output.

This new plugin "icecast2_stats" (written from scratch) contains the
following notable differences:
 * runs with Python 3
 * supports a real "autoconf" and "suggest" interface
 * is configurable (target host and port) via environment settings
 * uses the json status output instead of the xml data
 * contains no hard-coded values, names or patterns

This plugin tracks the occupation of the shared medium (wifi channel).
It uses the "iw" tool for extracting the time slices spent by
the wireless driver receiving, transmitting or ignoring (noise) on the
current channel. This ratio is a good indication for the remaining
capacity of the shared communication medium.

d6465721f3 Stack postfix mailqueues instead of overlapping. 
It is very hard to see the real values in the postfix queue when they
are overlapping. Having a stacked graph eleviates this whil still
retaining all the necessary data.

a8e524449d Plugin runs, even if no access to list DBs. 
If the user as whom "munin" connects has no rights to list existing DBs,
the plugin crashes. Even though the rest of the code is OK. Listing DBs
is only necessary in the case of auto-configuring the plugin. Not for
running it.

This removes the line which causes the bug. The variable which is set in
this line is anyway not used.

* mdadm needs super-user privileges, but /proc/mdstat is readable for nobody
 * fetch an array state from mdstat 'reshape|check|resync|recovery'
  * reshape, recovery: rebuilding array -> set percent to _rebuild.value
  * check, resync: data scrubbing or mirror rebuilding => set percent to _check.value
   * resync=DELAYED|PENDING => set both to zero, because details are unknown even if using mdadm

9fd750dfc4 zfs-filesystem-graph: remove --upper-limit 
Providing a --upper-limit parameter is only useful if the size of the
filesystem never changes. On ZFS, this assumption is only true for the
zpool; for all other filesystems, the available space is shared, and the
totalled values will vary. When this is the case, the --upper-limit
parameter will obscure peaks in the graph.

6e714d7286 General purpose backup monitoring plugin 
If you have a directory where daily, weekly, monthly you generate
backups of files, SQL databases, etc, you might want to be informed
if the backup generation process is gone or the behavior changes
greatly. This monitoring plugin watches the number of young files
in a certain directory. Relies on find command to do the job.

78bb6f750b Removing erroneous line from mtr output. 
Newer versions of mtr outputs a "Start: <date here>" line which would be
picked up and incorrectly graphed in munin. Adding an additional inverse grep
field to remove this extra line if it is present. Also added case insensitive
flag to the grep.

78a229dd0d mysql_connections_per_user: skip internal user "system user" 
This is the user name used internally by mysql for binlog handling (even
though it's not present in the mysql.user table).

The space in the name makes the plugin freak out about an unknown
"system" value.

Number of connections for this interal user is irrelevant.

7a306e6223 overhaul of snmp__ups_ plugin. 
Changes:
- More queries supported (inputpower, batterycurrent, batteryruntime (how long
  have we been running on battery), batterypercent (percent remaining),
  inputlinebads (how often was input bad))
- fix a few wrong units (e.g. current is measured in amp, not in watt)
- some UPSes violate RFC 1628 by not returning the number of input-/
  output-lines they have. In this case assume 3 lines instead of 0
  (and just printing nothing at all).
- Make mode parameters all lowercase instead of camelcase - camelcase
  just looks retarded in the plugin-symlink-names.
- some more smaller fixes
